I graduated from San Jose State University in 2000 with a BA in art, emphasis in photography and a graphic design minor. While completing my last semester of school, I started working at Interactive Identity, a local design agency. This position allowed me to learn more about web design and development as well as print design and marketing strategy. Over the years, I worked on various websites from large clients such as Cisco and 3Com to smaller start-ups. I also developed corporate identities as well as various printed marketing collateral. Since then I've done some freelance jobs as well as worked for another web design agency where I was a project manager as well as a web designer. In April, I left my full-time job to have my first baby and to take a few months off. Now I am back to work and am currently seeking freelance work that will allow me to work from home on a part-time basis so that I can be with my son.
